Owner / Operator Chris Maros is the driving force behind 24-7 Innovations, LLC. Chris started this company over 27 years ago, in 1998. Stemming from his success in the Pro Jet Ski Racing circuit, he has worked tirelessly over the years to develop his mechanical and structural repair skills. Building off his knowledge of composites as a part manufacturer in the stand up jet ski market, he has become the most proficient fiberglass repair specialist in the northeast. Chris grew up spending summers on boats and skis at Lake Wallenpaupack, fueling his need for speed on water.
Ever a thrill seeker, he has raced off-shore boats, motocross and his current hobby is team roping in rodeos and competitions throughout the northeast and southern states during the off season. Chris knows how valuable down time is, and recognizes the importance of helping customers get the most out of their boating season.

Tom Falcone: Mechanic and Service Manager. Tom grew up spending his summers at the ocean.
Tom's love of the water centers around fishing as he and his family enjoy really big bodies of water...with really big fish. He has extensive mechanical experience - 4 years at Porsche Dealership, 2.5 years at Porsche Race Shop, 2 years with Toyota and 12 years on watercraft. Tom's knowledge and experience is a key part of this team as he strives to keep all engines running during the season, and protects them for winter storage.
Steve Otway: Audio & Lighting Design
A native of Lake Wallenpaupack, Steve has worked in the audio industry for 18 years, fine tuning the sound quality behind those memorable summer days and nights. From basic stereo upgrades to full custom sound and light design, Steve can help create the vibe you are looking for on your watercraft.

Mindy Maros: Office Manager, Cleaning and Ceramic Applications
Mindy has been working alongside Chris since 2005, learning the ins and outs of watercraft maintenance from a beginner's point of view. While the rest of the team grew up around powered boats, Mindy was more likely to be in a canoe when she was younger. This novice starting point, expanded by twenty years of working with Chris, helps her explain issues to customers and communicate in layman's terms, while the guys handle more technical conversations. In addition to running the office, she works with the team on ceramic applications, detailing, cleaning and seasonal prep.
